2. Orders and Account Registration

  • Account Creation: You may register an account or check out as a guest. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and password.

  • Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current purchase and account information, including recipient full names, full delivery addresses, contact phone numbers, and delivery dates.

  • Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (e.g., in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or incomplete recipient information).

3. Pricing, Currency, and Payments

  • Prices: Prices listed on the website are in USD ($) or PHP (₱) as selected. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice.

  • Promotions & Coupons: Promotional codes (e.g., seasonal discounts like "MOM24") must be entered at checkout before completing the order. Coupons cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.

  • Payment Methods: Payments can be made using major credit/debit cards, GCash, PayPal, or other payment gateways displayed during checkout. Orders will only be processed once full payment is successfully verified.

4. Shipping and Delivery Policies

  • Delivery Scope: We offer delivery across Metro Manila and nearby provinces, as well as nationwide gift delivery within the Philippines.

  • Free Shipping: Free shipping applies strictly to eligible orders that meet the minimum total order threshold (e.g., orders of $150 USD or more).

  • Same-Day Delivery: Same-day delivery is available for select areas within Metro Manila and nearby locations, provided the order is placed prior to our daily cutoff time.

  • Recipient Availability: It is the sender's responsibility to ensure the recipient or an authorized representative is available at the provided delivery address. If no one is available to receive the delivery, our courier may leave the item with security/building personnel or attempt redelivery (which may incur extra re-delivery fees).

5. Product Freshness, Substitutions, and Availability

  • Freshness Guarantee: We guarantee fresh, high-quality flowers and food gifts upon delivery.

  • Handcrafted Variations: Flowers and handcrafted arrangements may vary slightly in appearance due to natural variations, seasonal availability, and artisanal presentation.

  • Substitution Policy: If a specific flower type, color, chocolate brand, or gift packaging is temporarily out of stock, we reserve the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value without compromising the overall quality, look, and sentiment of your arrangement.

6. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

  • Cancellations: Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers and food products, orders can only be cancelled or modified up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.

  • Perishable Items Return: Fresh flowers, food hampers, and perishable items are non-returnable.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Goods: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly incorrect, you must report it to our customer support within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos. Verified issues will be resolved via a replacement, store credit, or partial/full refund based on our discretion.

7. User Conduct & Intellectual Property

  • All content on Myregalo.com.ph—including logos, product photographs, text, designs, graphics, and website architecture—is the property of Myregalo.com.ph and protected by intellectual property laws.

  • You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our service or website content without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Myregalo.com.ph shall not be held liable for delivery delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to typhoons, natural disasters, severe traffic conditions, severe weather, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any order shall not exceed the total purchase price paid for that order.
